Job Summary: We are looking for courteous, well-presented, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience by delivering efficient service and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns
Prepare and present bills, process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good grooming and professional appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for billing and transactions
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
10 hours duty timing
One day weekly off
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafés
Knowledge of POS systems
Basic English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage, especially in GCC)
