About the company
What happens within this organization in Hapert?
Specialist in sheet metal processing.
From rough drafts to series production: the company processes various types of sheet metal into finished products. These can range from simple metal parts to composite products with inserts, wire forms, or plastic elements.
In-house toolmaking
The design, assembly and maintenance of production molds and tools are taken care of in-house, guaranteeing process optimization and quality.
Medium to large-scale series
The organization works on medium to large production volumes, from relatively simple to very complex metal parts.
Automation & robotization
Investments have been made in modern technology: laser cutters, robotization, presses (up to 800 tons), welding, press brakes and assembly with continuous quality control.

The company has approximately 200 employees who work together to produce sheet metal for various sectors, including automotive and transportation. The company has a flat organizational structure with short lines of communication and a no-nonsense mentality. Work is carried out in close-knit teams, with daily knowledge transfer between experienced and junior colleagues. About the position
• Assembling and adjusting new tools and molds based on technical drawings
• Maintaining and repairing tools to ensure optimal performance
• Operating machines and selecting the correct machining processes for tool machining
• Testing tools under real production conditions
• Working in a 2-shift system (early and late)
What do we ask of you?
EU passport or nationality
Basic to good level of English
Valid driver’s license
Technical training (MBO level 2 or 3)
Experience in assembling tools and reading technical drawings
Accurate, solution-oriented and independent
Experience with CNC machines is a big plus
What do we offer you?
Salary €3,000 – €4,000
A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
Your salary is paid every week
27 vacation days + 13 ADV days
You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people who care about you as a person
We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which we can deduct from your salary each week. The cost per week is €38.01.
We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49.

The must-haves for this position are that you have an EU nationality, a good command of English, a valid driving license and a technical background.
