About the company
What happens within this organization in Hapert?
This organization develops and produces high-quality composite products, mainly made of carbon and glass fiber reinforced plastic.
They focus on applications in medical technology (such as patient table tops for X-ray and MRI equipment), high-tech machine parts, lightweight constructions for the automotive, defense and aerospace industries.
Production is not limited to one type of product: prototypes, medium-sized series and continuous large series are manufactured using various production methods such as RTM and hot pressing.
The facilities include a modern production floor of over 10,000 m² with advanced processes, all supported by certifications such as ISO 13485 and ISO 14001.
Company Size and Culture:
Approximately 60 to 75 employees work at the production site, all within a relatively compact organization. The culture is informal, open, and no-nonsense, with short lines of communication and direct communication at its core. About the position
Your tasks:
• Prepare and process materials for production
• Operate machines and tools for assembly and finishing
• Assemble components according to specifications
• Perform quality controls and report deviations
• Support with logistics and inventory tasks as needed
• Keep your workplace clean, safe and organized
What do we ask of you?
EU nationality or passport
Good command of the English language
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to relocate and live in the Netherlands
A resume with stability and relevant work experience
Experience in a technical or production environment – is a plus
Accuracy, motivation and knowledge of production processes – is a must
What do we offer you?
Salary €2,500 – €3,500
A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
Your salary is paid every week
27 vacation days + 13 ADV days
You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people who care about you as a person
We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which we can deduct from your salary each week. The cost per week is €38.01.
We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49.
