About the position
As a Self-Employed Chef, you’ll be a key member of the kitchen staff. You’ll work independently on mise en place, prepare dishes according to schedule, and ensure everything is perfect—from taste to presentation. Your responsibilities in brief:
Independently prepare and cook dishes according to recipe and planning
Thinking about new dishes and menus
Monitoring quality, hygiene and presentation
Ordering and managing inventory
Collaborate with colleagues and manage kitchen assistants or students
What do we ask of you?
🟢 A completed chef’s training (level 3 or higher)
🟢 Passion for cooking and an eye for detail
🟢 Experience in an à la carte restaurant
🟢 Independence, creativity and a sense of responsibility
