Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in employee counselling, training & workshops.
Help in preparing HR materials & reports.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate with candidates for interview. 
Maintain recruitment related data and repots.
Support HR team in polices & engagement activities.
Provide counselling support to employees.
Support HR team in onboarding new interns/ employees.
 
Key Performance Areas (KPA).
Communicate well and work as a team with HR and employees.
Prepare reports, training materials, and surveys on time.
Give timely help in recruitment ( sourcing, coordination, records).
Get good participation and feedback from employees.
Support HR policies and engagement activities.
 
Skills Required:
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Interest in HR consulting & training.
Ability to work in a team and handle tasks responsibility. 
Basic knowledge of HR functions.
Problem solving and active listening skills. 
 
Qualification: Any Graduate / BBA / MBA(Hr) – Pursuing or Completed.
