Job Description: Google & Meta Ads Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our boutique marketing agency as a DME. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising trends, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Facebook Ads to achieve client goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and competitive insights to inform campaign targeting and optimization.
- Create and manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for clients.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to clients on campaign effectiveness and optimization opportunities.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and account managers, to align digital advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients to help them achieve their business goals and objectives through digital advertising.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and digital marketing expert.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, with a track record of driving results and achieving ROI targets.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, strategies, and results to clients and internal teams
