About the company
This Heeze-based organization specializes in the production of precast concrete products for the construction and infrastructure sectors. Modern production facilities produce high-quality concrete elements used in residential, commercial, and civil engineering projects.

The company operates with a compact team of skilled employees in an informal and results-oriented work environment. Quality, precision, and safety are paramount. About the position
• Assemble concrete elements and place built-in parts
• Pour concrete and unload finished products
• Operate overhead cranes, hall cranes and other necessary equipment
• Check quality and ensure that production meets standards
• Collaborate with team members for a smooth and efficient process

What do we ask of you?
EU nationality
English and/or Dutch language skills
Valid driver’s license
Minimum 2 years of production experience, preferably with concrete
Available at short notice
Motivated, reliable and willing to work in shifts

What do we offer you?
Salary €2,500 – €4,000
A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
Your salary is paid every week
27 vacation days + 13 ADV days
You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people who care about you as a person
We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which we can deduct from your salary each week. The cost per week is €38.01.
We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49.
