About the company
This Valkenswaard-based organization specializes in assembly work within the construction and utility sectors. They work on a variety of projects, including steel structures, wall and ceiling systems, and lightweight structural installations. A compact, close-knit team of professionals creates customized solutions on-site.

About the position
Install and assemble air ducts and ventilation systems
Work on construction sites in residential and commercial buildings (new construction, renovation, service work)
Read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
Assemble rectangular and round air ducts (metal and plastic)
Hang ducts using the correct fastening methods
Connect ducts to air handling units and components
Test air tightness and seal small leaks
Ensure that installations comply with project specifications
Communicate with your team, executors and project managers
You work both independently and in a close-knit team, with a focus on quality and safety.
What do we ask of you?
Demonstrable experience in installing air ducts
Skill in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Accurate, safe and neat working attitude
VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain this) – VCA is an advantage
EU nationality
Valid driving license category B
Good communication skills in English
Flexible, proactive and reliable
What do we offer you?
A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
Your salary is paid every week
27 vacation days + 13 ADV days
You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people who care about you as a person
We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which we can deduct from your salary each week. The cost per week is €38.01.
We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49.
