About the position
An independent and responsible role where you’ll operate CNC machines according to work orders, technical drawings, and specifications. We work with Mori Seiki, DMG, and Okuma Multus.
Setting up the CNC machines, using programs and procedures.
Working to the highest possible accuracy;
Participate in machining strategy, tool selection, clamping method and quality assessment;
Carefully checking the quality of the products;
Preventive maintenance on tools, clamping equipment and machines;
Contributing to the optimization of processes.
What do we ask of you?
A candidate with MBO work and thinking level 3 or 4;
Preferably you have an educational background in precision mechanics or mechanical engineering or you have been trained in practice;
A CNC lathe operator with at least five years of experience;
Extensive experience operating machinery. You have well-developed technical spatial insight and experience with exotic metal products.
You have good communication skills, you take initiative and can move forward independently;
Experience with position and shape tolerances and common quality systems/measuring equipment.
What do we offer you?
Salary € 2,500 – € 3,500
A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
Your salary is paid every week
27 vacation days + 13 ADV days
You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people who care about you as a person
We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which we can deduct from your salary each week. The cost per week is €38.01.
We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49.
