Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be very open, honest and responsible. Leadership skills is a great plus
Responsibilities
Designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client’s specifications
Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation
Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Be actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development community of the CMS
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Develop appropriate code structures to solve specific tasks
Create and maintain software documentation
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
Ensure quality of products and services according to standards, processes and procedures
Work with software programmers and web designers
