1. Gain insight into Kindle’s royalty business and accounting practices, crafting comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases.
2. Oversee end-to-end product testing, collaborating with PM/TPM to define requirements, engaging with development for thorough testing, and post-launch metric analysis for quality enhancements.
3. Identify automation prospects and collaborate with SDETs to construct appropriate test frameworks.
4. Coordinate manual testing efforts, conduct non-functional testing, and spearhead critical testing phases.
5. Collaborate with other organizations with similar testing requirements, leveraging their tools and methodologies while sharing our best practices for adoption.
6. Facilitate pre-mortem and post-mortem evaluations of projects, pinpointing areas for enhancement and providing feedback to the team for implementation
