Position Summary
Experience working in Java, SQL
Preferable with Support background
Ready to work in 2nd shift (2 PM-11 PM) or 3rd shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Supporting the customer with production issues that will involve code debugging, root cause analysis and DB side fixes.
Customer specific requests such as health checks, DB maintenance, weekly/monthly and yearly cleanup activities
Working closely with customer and being on regular calls with business and IT teams (for issues)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exposer to production environment and customer handling
Customer support
Flexible in working shifts including Weekends
Take up additional products related with Installs and DB year end activities
