Your knack for UI/UX design will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, engaging user experiences across our platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain our web and mobile applications using Flutter and Node.js, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate LLMs, enhancing our platform’s capabilities in automated management tasks.
Spearhead the integration of Catch Up with third-party tools like Slack, Teams, Jira, and Git APIs, facilitating seamless workflow automation.
Contribute to the design and implementation of user-friendly UI/UX, taking feedback and analytics into account to continually refine the user experience.
Employ an agile mindset, prioritizing tasks efficiently, iterating rapidly, and embracing a mindset of simplicity and functionality.
Engage actively with the team, seeking and providing feedback, and advocating for best practices in code quality, security, and scalability.
Be available for on-call duties on a rotational basis, particularly during critical periods, with the flexibility to accommodate US Pacific Time.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Flutter for mobile app development and Node.js for backend services.
Experience or strong interest in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies.
Familiarity with integrating a variety of third-party services and APIs.
A good eye for UI/UX design and the ability to translate user needs into engaging features.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions.
Agile mindset with experience in iterative development environments, comfortable with rapid prototyping and adaptive planning.
Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and teamwork.
Ability to participate in on-call rotations, ensuring availability during designated times to support operations across time zones, specifically aligning with US Pacific Time.
