As a Full stack developer working in Ford Credit IT digital org, you will join a team that supports to develop scalable and resilient digital products.
• You will work on a balanced product team to develop and deploy front end and backend code.
• Develops the Technical Solution for functional requirements.
• Deliver valuable, working, tested, quality software released at market speed.
• Collaborate directly and continuously with Agile team to deliver business requirements.
• Develop and automate unit and integration test scripts.
• Develop and maintain digital expertise by researching latest industry trends and standards, driving innovation through PoCs and experiments in Digital Space.
• Build APIs and orchestrate in APIGEE endpoints using java and Spring Boot.
• Perform a thorough technical discovery, identifying problem areas, technical and business requirements, and as-is and future state scenarios.
• Understand the depth of the User Stories and provide accurate estimates.
• Support performance monitoring and act on the notifications in the event of failures using best practices and tools.
• Engage in Agile practices including but not limited to Stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos and journey mapping.
• Deploy code using CICD pipeline.
• Should be able to perform DDL and DML queries.
B.E. / B.Tech / M.C.A
Overall 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise scale Web applications and Backend Services
2+ years of technical expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Batch, Reactive programming, Micro services, streams understanding for data pipelines.
2+ years of experience in React JS, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.
Strong sense of code that passes security tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx and deliver Quality code.
Experience in TDD using JUNIT, Mockito and JMeter, Jest / Jasmine .
Good knowledge on SDLC
Experience in Agile scrum software development process.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Excellent communication skills
