Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code using Node.js. Your typical day will involve working on microservices and light-weight architecture to deliver high-quality solutions to clients in Chennai. Roles & Responsibilities: – Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software using Node.js. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement software solutions that meet client requirements. – Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work on existing applications. – Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices. – Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js. – Good To Have Skills: Experience with microservices and light-weight architecture. – Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. – Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. – Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Node.js. – The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. – This position is based at our Chennai office.
