Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master at Attentions.ai, you will be instrumental in guiding our development teams through the successful execution of Scrum principles, facilitating continuous improvement, and driving the high-quality delivery of AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and guide the development teams in the understanding and application of Scrum practices, values, and principles.
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments that affect the team’s ability to achieve their sprint goals.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure smooth communication and effective project execution.
Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and commitment to quality.
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all involved stakeholders.
Assist the product owner with the product backlog management and refinement.
Help build a productive and psychologically safe environment where team members can flourish.
Encourage continuous improvement and adapt methodologies to meet project and team needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with generative AI technologies or similar fields is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in both independent and diverse team environments.
