Qualification: – BBA / MBA in Human Resource Management

Salary: 7k to 15k

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

 Create and post job descriptions on different platforms.

 Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.

 Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to meet goals.

 Measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

 Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment.
