Job description

Purpose of the Role :Managing projects and the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design,execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project and collection as TOP

Main Responsibilities : Experience in handling CT/ MRI project with below expertiseSite Survey & Feasibility ReportSite Planning and providing required drawing with Electrical/ Civil/ AC requirementsRegular follow up on Site Readiness for equipment installationCustomer communicationProject Planning, Scheduling and Execution from Order to Installation Report sign offCo-ordinate with internal team for timely equipment billing & installationNegotiation & follow up with supplier and contractor for material delivery as per project schedule and costingTimely execution of project to maintain the timeline and control cost; Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the scope and budget Complete all documentation as per the project scope requirement Support project and cost planning for any turnkey project at tendering stage of Govt BusinessEnsure compliance to safety standards and adhere to all safety rules and regulationsKey Indicators :Ensure timely planning of all orders and extend support for smooth billingMonitor timely book to bill conversionCo-ordinate with internal commercial team for timely billing – Follow up with supplier and contractor for timely supply and Project executionFollow up with customer at various level to get the payment released on timeRelease of vendor payments as per scheduled planReview the Project status on regular basis to meet the milestoneDocumentation of the reasons of delay and submit to customer on timeCollection of Completion Certificate as per Project scheduleMonthly review with EHS / Compliance teamEnsure visits of EHS / Compliance team to visit all sites at least once in each quarterIf interested, candidates can mail their updated CV on hrbseel1@bluestarindia.com
