Job description

Your Tasks: Develops manufacturing processes and facilities to enable production to meet the customer requirements in Delivery, Quality and cost

Also to identify the areas of improvement in Technology, Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery and safety and to implement the improvements

Reduce set-up time by developing machines, fixture, tools and gauges, APQP, FMEA documentation preparation

Identify and develop sources/options to reduce the tooling cost  To ensure the completion of process development activities as per the timing plan

Regulate ECN implementation Execute the documents and tools/spares handover to Process engineer in Value Steam

Your Profile: Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute.3 to 6 years’ experience as a qualified Mechanical Engineer Experience in a reputed automotive component manufacturer or OEM

Track record of experience in various manufacturing systems, facilities, sub systems and maintenance  Experience in Time study, Motion study, Layout planning and other industrial engineering function

Experience in process planning and proving for new products.
