Experience in Cloud deployments (AWS & Azure) and data security
Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
Designing training programs and workshops for staff Conducting regular system audits Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
Creating workshops and training programmes for staff Performing routine system audits
Running routine system operations reports and sharing them with top employees Organizing and establishing deadlines for major IT projects such system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages Managing and reporting.

Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of technical management
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
