Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Key Details:
– Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
– Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
– Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday
Eligibility Criteria:
– Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
– Experience: Minimum 1 year in Lead Generation (IT Services preferred)
– Age: 21 to 40 years
– Excellent Communication Skills in English
Job Responsibilities:
– Generate high-quality leads through research, cold calling, and email campaigns
– Target international markets for lead acquisition
– Work closely with sales and marketing teams to qualify and convert leads
– Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information
– Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
