Position: Italian Accounting Specialist

Job Requirements:
✔️ Filipino nationals proficient in both Italian and English.
✔️ Open to foreign nationals currently residing in the Philippines.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a BPO environment supporting customer-facing operations.
✔️ Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
✔️ Available to start as soon as possible (ASAP).
Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage and resolve vendor inquiries through email and calls using Italian and English language communication.
✔️ Provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders in both Italian and English.
✔️ Handle vendor disputes and ensure proper resolution of issues with quality service delivery.
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
✔️ Escalate complex cases to management when necessary while maintaining clear communication in Italian and English.
