Job Description:
Roll out and support digital solutions by acquiring technical expertise of the KONE Digital Applications, and physical devices.
Hands on technical troubleshooting, issue investigations and technology deployments in AWS cloud applications
Identify Automation opportunities, build and maintain AWS infrastructure, incident management, monitoring to ensure Service stability.
Work in dynamic Agile environment with DevOps way of working to support global and local business units in complex and cross-technology landscape.
Collaborate with Technology leads, development teams, partners, Users and support teams for issue investigation and resolution.
Contribute and manage E2E Incident lifecycle and ensure SLA and KPI adherence according to service management practices.
Technical skills:
AWS Cloud infrastructure and operations
Cloud computing and IOT concepts
Solid understanding of AWS services like compute, storage, monitoring
Experience and knowledge on integration technologies
CD/CD, DevOps tools, Scripting and querying languages
DevOps and agile ways of working experience
AWS Technical certifications – Preferably SysOps Admin
