Job Description Experience: Must have 3 months to 2 years’ experience as a collection executive in any banking process. Candidate should not be from field collections, he/she must have experience in voice process. Functional Area: Banking Collections. Demonstrate an aptitude for debt collection & resolve customer queries related to products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue. Education: Graduation Qualification/Undergraduate. (Candidates who are only 12th pass out 7 not pursuing any graduation qualification will not be considered) Certification Required: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified. Language: – Multilingual (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) with Good communication skills Job Description Follow up with customers in a timely manner for debt collection purposes include responsibilities like contacting customers for overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring compliance with collection regulations. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills would be important, along with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. Process: Cholamandalam & Axis Experience: Fresher & 1 year of Experience. Language: – Multilingual (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) with average English.
