Job description
Roles and Responsibilities Candidate should have 10 plus years of experience in Civil construction of which 5 years in civil maintenance of individual bungalows of corporates/eminent personalities in Chennai.Rich experience in handling and managing infrastructure ,civil, electrical, sanitary, landscaping and other aspects of office and guest house buildings.Hands on experience in the maintenance of posh bungalows and to ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services like DG system, HVAC system, elevators and other modern facility arrangements in the single dwelling unit.To ensure timely closure of any breakdowns and report to the concerned vendors/authorities concerned.Good knowledge of interiors and coordination with architects and interior designers.Handling civil contract labours and coordination with civil contractors.Must be willing to work for extended hours if necessary
