Position. : Senior SCADA Engineer
Degree : B.E EEE / ECE
Job Location : Chennai.
Role & responsibilities
- Site co-ordination and communication
- Need to Co-ordinate with SCADA commissioning team.
- Provide technical assistance, handle SCADA Projects.
- Should be able to interact with customers including senior level in utilities.
- Panel communication configuration, Multifunction Meters
- Experience in RTU /Gateway Installation & SCADA configuration and set up
- Knowledge on various communication protocols like Modbus TCP, MODBUS RTU, IEC 61850, IEC 101/104, OPC, etc.,
- Create project configurations for the components
- Analyse, troubleshoot and fix problems
- Independently execute the integration-, system- and acceptance tests in the factory and on site
- Preparation of all types of site documentations
- Should have work experience on Substations / Power plants.
- Development, Training and Mentorship for Junior resources.
- Experience in SIEMENS,ABB,GE,SEL would be preferable.
Preferred candidate profile
- Higher Professional Education qualification (B.E./B.Tech. or above)
- Should have 3 Years or aboveexperience in Substation Automation/SCADA
- Independently solving work related problems within the own operational work environment.
- Execute complex projects, co-ordinate in less complex projects
- Experience with customer processes
- Enthusiastic result-driven professional
- Analytically strong and positively critical
- Proactive, pragmatic and hands-on attitude
- Strong communication skills with good command of the English language
Terms and Conditions:
1. Two years Commitment will be required.
2. Salary will be as follows.
a. Rs. 40K to 55K / Month on CTC basis (Based on experience)
b. Yearly increment will be provided.
3. Working location will be Chennai.
