Roles and responsibilities –
· Making Outbound and Inbound Calls
· Present and promote company products or services to prospective customers over the phone with clarity and enthusiasm.
· Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and facilitate the progression of prospects through the sales funnel.
· Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, quotas, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM software or designated database.
· Making almost 80 to 100 calls and emails per day.
· Provide regular feedback to the supervisor regarding customer responses, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
· Require demonstrated skills in MS Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
· Compliance with Policies and Regulations
