Urgent Hiring For Technical Recruiter

Skills Required:

• Applicant should possess very excellent written and verbal communication

skills and a good team player and result driven. 

• Must be expert in sourcing candidates from Job Portals.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and

the ability to work effectively with a wide range of IT Skills or Technology

personnel.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder etc.

Should be well versed with the various job boards like Monster, Dice, Career

builder, Indeed, Techfetch, LinkedIn, etc.

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing

approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a

deep understanding of return on investment.

• Full lifecycle recruitment components including, but not limited to, sourcing,

qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due

diligence.

• Understanding the Partner requirements for Candidates and Finding the right

candidate with all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement

gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and

extending offers.

• Should be working with W2 and C2C requirements.

• Other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities.

 

Salary: 

Fresher to Experienced in related field (1 yr +): INR 15,000-17,000

Experienced in related field(2-4 years): INR 17,000-25,000
