Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Making Inbound and Outbound Calls.
2. Over the phone, clearly and actively introduce and market the company’s products and services to potential customers.
3. Give prompt follow-up calls to handle any lingering questions, cultivate leads, and help prospects advance through the sales funnel.
4. Meet or exceed the quotas, individual and team sales targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
5. Continually update the supervisor on consumer feedback, market trends, and areas that need improvement.
