Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding medical test inquiries
Provide accurate information about tests, packages, and procedures
Assist customers in scheduling and confirming diagnostic appointments
Maintain and update call logs and appointment details in CRM/scheduling system
Follow-up with customers to ensure appointment attendance and feedback
Uphold confidentiality and data protection protocols in line with healthcare regulations
Shifts available:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off per week
Salary: Up to ₹16,000 per month (in-hand)
