Position Summary:

 

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with expertise in both engineering and radiology software to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients with technical issues related to our software products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering and radiology software and excellent communication skills to effectively assist our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide technical support to clients using engineering and radiology software products.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients through phone, email, or live chat.

  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in our system.

  • Assist in the creation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

  • Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use our software products effectively.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in technical support roles, in the software industry, preferably in healthcare.

  • Strong understanding of engineering and radiology software, including familiarity with industry-standard software packages.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • English fluency is a must
