Call 2 Connect is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader specializing in Motor Insurance to join our team in Virar West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead a team of insurance advisors, monitor performance, and drive operational efficiency to meet targets. This is a day shift role with Sunday fixed off.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team handling motor insurance processes.
Ensure achievement of team targets and KPIs.
Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution.
Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments for operational alignment.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in motor insurance (mandatory)
Age: 25 to 35 years
Gender: Male & Female – Both can apply
Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Languages: English & Basic Hindi
Shift: Day Shift (09:30 AM – 06:30 PM)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday Off
Mode: Face-to-Face
Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
