Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales agents
2. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics
3. Monitor and analyze sales metrics.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies and process improvements
5. Conduct training and coaching sessions for agents
6. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues
7. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and preferences
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
9. Manage team performance, attendance, and productivity
10. Provide feedback and performance evaluations
Requirements:
1. 6 months+ of experience in sales, preferably in BPO
2.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
3.Ability to motivate and manage a team
4.Analytical and problem-solving skills
5.Familiarity with sales software and tools.
