Job Title: Team Leader – AffordPlan (AffordPlan Company) LocaƟon OpƟons:  JP Nagar (South Bangalore)  Shivaji Nagar (Central Bangalore) Experience & QualificaƟon Requirements:  Overall Experience: Minimum 5 years  Team Leadership: At least 3 years managing teams of 10–15 members  EducaƟon: Graduate (any discipline)  Maximum Age: 32 years Key ResponsibiliƟes:  Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to meet sales, savings-plan enrollments, and operaƟonal KPIs specific to the AffordPlan product suite.  Drive effecƟve adopƟon of AffordPlan soluƟons (including “Swasth”) among clients— hospitals, pharmacies, and paƟents.  Ensure accurate reporƟng, performance analysis, and Ɵmely follow-up with team members on daily targets.
