Team Leader

Job Summary:

Call 2 Connect is looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader – Insurance to manage and lead a team in our Malad West, Mumbai branch. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the BPO insurance domain with at least 3 years of leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team handling insurance-related processes.

• Drive performance to meet/exceed KPIs and targets.

• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to team members.

• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to compliance and quality standards.

• Address team escalations and resolve client issues effectively.

• Monitor daily operations and generate performance reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments for process improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in the insurance sector as a Team Leader in a BPO environment.

• Age Limit: 25 to 35 years

• Education: 12th pass with relevant experience OR Graduate in any discipline

• Language: Proficient in English & Basic Hindi

• Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates

• Shift: Day Shift (09:30 AM – 06:30 PM)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
