Call 2 Connect is seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader – Insurance to manage and lead a team in our Malad West branch. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the BPO insurance domain with a minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team handling insurance processes.
Drive performance to achieve/exceed KPIs and targets.
Provide coaching, feedback, and regular training to team members.
Ensure compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence.
Handle escalations and resolve client issues effectively.
Monitor daily operations and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with internal departments for process improvements.
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Team Leader in the insurance sector within a BPO environment.
Age: 25 to 35 years.
Education: 12th pass with relevant experience OR Graduate in any discipline.
Language: Proficiency in English & basic Hindi.
Gender: Male & Female candidates welcome.
Shift: Day Shift (09:30 AM – 06:30 PM).
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off).
Mode: Face-to-Face
Timing: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
