📝 Job Summary

Call 2 Connect is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Motor Insurance to manage and motivate a team of advisors, oversee daily operations, and drive performance in our Virar West office. This is a day shift role with fixed Sunday off.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team handling motor insurance.

• Drive achievement of targets and KPIs.

• Conduct training, coaching, and appraisals.

• Monitor workflow and ensure timely task execution.

• Prepare and present performance reports.

• Manage escalations and ensure client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with departments for smooth operations.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Min. 3 years in motor insurance (mandatory)

• Age: 25–35 years

• Education: Graduate (any discipline)

• Gender: Male & Female candidates welcome

• Languages: English & basic Hindi

• Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)

• Work Days: Mon–Sat | Sunday off

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (negotiable)

• Incentives: Performance-based
