Position: Spanish Corporate Legal Associate
Industry: Financial Services
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Midshift Schedule (Mon-Fri at 2pm to 11pm)
Salary: Php 110,000-Php 140,000
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (3x on-site and 2x at home)
REQUIREMENTS:
✅Open to Filipinos who are proficient in Spanish and English.
✅Bachelor’s degree holder of any relevant courses
✅Having a minimum 3 years in corporate secretarial or legal roles
✅Knowledgeable in computer skills (Microsoft Office packages).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing board resolutions.
✅Prepare and maintain meeting minutes
✅Assist with company registrations in different countries
✅Help prepare and file yearly statutory and legal documents
✅Provide legal and corporate support for client requests
✅Communicate directly with clients on corporate matters
✅Track tasks and make sure deadlines are met
