Salary Range: ₱50,000 – ₱60,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Maintain fixed asset modules and ensure accuracy of entries
✔️ Process fixed asset transactions (additions, capitalizations, retirements, changes)
✔️ Perform regular analyses of FA account variances and reconciliations
✔️ Ensure all transactions are completed before month-end closing
✔️ Support preparation of monthly FA closing and periodic reports
✔️ Assist senior colleagues and perform additional tasks as requested
✔️ Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits
✔️ Perform controls according to the ICOFR framework
✔️ Assist with KPI preparation and ad hoc reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Filipino national can speak, read and write Basic Spanish language
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably with fixed assets
✔️ Strong knowledge of accounting rules and standards
✔️ Experience with financial systems (Oracle E-Business Suite preferred)
✔️ Knowledgeable in using Excel
