Key Skills Required: On-page and off-page SEO, keyword research and content optimization, understanding of search engine algorithms, link building, website analytics, SEMrush, conversion rate optimization, Google search console and Ad keywords planner
Responsibilities:
- Driving organic traffic and boosting website rankings
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and search trends.
- Optimize website content, title tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking structure.
- Build high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Analyze website traffic and SEO performance using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
- Develop and implement technical SEO strategies to improve website crawlability and indexability.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as content marketing and web development, to ensure a holistic SEO approach.
- Report on SEO results and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of success, preferably in a technology startup.
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts and best practices, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Expertise in keyword research tools like SEMrush
- Experience with SEO analytics tools like Google Search Console, Google AD keywords planner, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for SEO and a desire to stay ahead of the curve
