Job Details:

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Rotational Week Off)

  • Shift: Day Shift

  • Salary Range: ₹15,000/- to ₹22,000/- per month

  • Incentives: Attractive incentives based on performance

  • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

  • Gender: Male & Female both can apply

  • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

 


 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Experience:

    • Must have experience in Sales (BPO) or from a Real Estate background

    • Prior experience in lead generation will be an added advantage

  • Communication Skills:

    • Should have average to above-average English communication skills

    • Proficiency in V4 communication is preferred

 


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound/inbound calls for lead generation for premium real estate projects

  • Engage with potential clients and convert inquiries into qualified leads

  • Maintain and update client databases

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales pipeline
