🔍 Job Description:

We are hiring Sales Executives for our dynamic BPO operations, supporting the Samsung process across Outbound Sales, Inbound, and Chat. If you have a passion for sales and communication, and are looking to work in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (voice & chat) professionally and efficiently.

   

• Promote and sell Samsung products/services as part of the sales process.

   

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

   

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

   

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.

   

✅ Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Any discipline)

   

• Experience: Prior sales experience in BPO/voice/chat processes preferred

   

• Language: Proficiency in English (spoken & written)

   

• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

   

• Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates

   

• Shift:

   

  • Boys: Rotational shifts (24×7)

     

  • Girls: Day shifts only

     

• Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs

   

• Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)

   

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹25,000/- per month
