💼 Job Description: Life Insurance Sales Executive – HDFC Life

We are urgently hiring Life Insurance Sales Executives with prior experience in life insurance sales. The role involves engaging with potential customers, analyzing their financial needs, and recommending suitable HDFC Life plans to achieve sales targets.

Eligibility:
• HSC/Graduate + Minimum 6 months of life insurance sales experience (mandatory).
• Candidates with only BPO/general sales background will not qualify.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries.
• Conduct needs analysis & explain HDFC Life products (term plans, ULIPs, endowments, etc.).
• Achieve sales targets, maintain CRM records & follow up post-sales.
• Assist in documentation and support claim-related processes.

Skills Required: Strong communication (English; Hindi/Marathi preferred), persuasion, negotiation, customer-centric approach, CRM knowledge, and resilience in a target-driven environment.

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 in-hand + performance incentives.
Schedule: Rotational shifts, 1 weekly off.
Location: Onsite. Immediate joiners preferred.
