Job Description:

Eureka Outsourcing Solutions is hiring Relationship Managers for their Aditya Birla BFSI process.

 This role involves managing customer relationships through inbound/outbound calls, focusing on sales or service within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally

Promote and cross-sell financial products and services (insurance, mutual funds, NBFCs, etc.)

Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly

Maintain quality communication and adhere to call center standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2 years of call center experience in the BFSI sector (NBFCs, banks, insurance, mutual funds)

Gender Preference: Female

Communication: Must have English Versant 6 level (good communication skills mandatory)

Job Details:

Shift Timing: Day Shift | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: 1 rotational off

Salary: As per last drawn (Open Bracket)
