Job Requirements:
✔️ Filipino national fluent in Portuguese and English languages.
✔️ Open to foreign nationals currently residing in the Philippines.
✔️ Open to High School graduates and undergraduates.
✔️ At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support, contact center, or BPO is preferred.
✔️ Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide prompt and professional customer support through phone, email, chat, and SMS.
✔️ Assist customers with account inquiries, payment concerns, and general service requests.
✔️ Verify and update customer information accurately in the system.
✔️ Follow company policies and standard procedures to resolve customer issues efficiently.
✔️ Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department and ensure proper follow-up when needed.
