🎯 **Role Overview**
We are seeking dynamic and multilingual professionals to join our customer engagement team. As a Linguistic Sales Executive & Customer Support representative, you will be the voice of CALL2CONNECT—handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and promoting services with empathy and clarity across diverse linguistic groups.
**Must-Know Languages**
Candidates **must be fluent in at least some of the following languages**:
– Kannada
– Tamil
– Telugu
– Malayalam
– Gujarati
– Punjabi
– Hindi
– Marathi
– Bengali
– English (basic proficiency preferred)
**Key Responsibilities**
– Handle customer queries via inbound and outbound calls
– Promote company services and assist in product selection
– Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
– Meet daily targets for calls and conversions
– Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
*Skills Required**
– Excellent verbal communication in selected regional languages
– Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
– Basic computer knowledge (CRM familiarity is a plus)
– Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
– Customer-centric attitude with persuasive skills
*Salary & Benefits**
