🚨 Urgent Opening – Life Insurance Sales Executive – HDFC Life [Telugu]

📍 Location: Malad West, Mumbai (5th Floor, Sanraj–4th Dimension, Raheja Mindspace, Rajan Pada)

 


 

✅ Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Mandatory Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Life Insurance Sales

  • Education Required: HSC (Intermediate) or Graduate

  • Age: 20 years and above

  • Language Skills:

    • Fluent in Telugu (mandatory)

    • Proficient in Hindi and English

 


 

💰 Compensation

  • Up to ₹25,000 CTC, depending on experience & performance

  • Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed pay

  • Total in-hand salary typically around ₹15,000–₹20,000 (based on benchmarks) (Indeed, HDFC Life, Jobhai)

 


 

🕒 Shift Timings & Weekly Off

  • Rotational shift pattern (rotates between day and evening timings)

  • One weekly off (rotation applies)

 


 

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients in Telugu, Hindi, and English

  • Understand clients’ life insurance needs and recommend suitable HDFC Life products

  • Present features, benefits, and policy details clearly and persuasively

  • Achieve monthly sales targets consistently

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and updates in CRM

  • Support the documentation process and follow-up until policy issuance

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, with strong Hindi and English abilities

  • Negotiation and persuasion-driven personality

  • Customer-first mindset and ability to build rapport

  • Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity

  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
