💼 Urgent Opening – Life Insurance Sales Executive (Telugu) – HDFC Life
📍 Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Eligibility & Qualifications:
• 6 months–1 year experience in Life Insurance Sales (mandatory)
• HSC/Graduate
• Age 20+
• Fluent in Telugu; proficient in Hindi & English

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound & inbound calls to prospective clients
• Assess clients’ insurance needs & recommend HDFC Life products
• Explain features, benefits, and policy details persuasively
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records
• Support documentation & follow-up until policy issuance

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication in Telugu, Hindi, English
• Persuasive, customer-focused, target-driven
• Basic computer & CRM knowledge

Compensation & Benefits:
• Up to ₹25,000 CTC; in-hand ₹15,000–₹20,000 + performance incentives
• Rotational shifts; 1 weekly off
