We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader (Motor Insurance) to lead our dynamic team at Virar West. This is an onsite opportunity for candidates with strong leadership skills and a solid background in motor insurance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of motor insurance executives

• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets

• Facilitate training and skill development

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

• Coordinate with internal departments and management for seamless operations

👤 Candidate Profile

• Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates

• Age: 25 to 35 years

• Education: Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Motor Insurance

• Languages: English (mandatory), Basic Hindi
