Job Summary:

Call 2 Connect is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader (Inbound) to oversee daily operations of our inbound process team in Malad West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience managing inbound teams in a BPO environment and be capable of driving team performance and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team handling inbound customer calls.

   

• Monitor team performance and ensure SLA compliance.

   

• Coach and mentor team members to improve call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

   

• Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

   

• Generate and analyze performance reports and share insights with management.

   

• Coordinate with other departments to streamline service delivery.

   

• Maintain discipline and foster a positive work environment within the team.

   

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader in an Inbound BPO process

   

• Age Limit: 25 to 35 years

   

• Education: Graduate (any stream)

   

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & Basic Hindi

   

• Gender: Male & Female – Both welcome to apply

   

• Shift Timing: Day Shift (09:30 AM – 06:30 PM)

   

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
